Happy Pink Saturday!

Happy Pink Saturday everyone!  Can't believe how fast the week goes.  I've been busy making new pictures frames to put in my Etsy shop.  Now I just need to sell them! :)

Some of my pink treasures!
Some of my pretty perfume bottles!
Sophie wanted to share some of her pinks bows with you and she wanted you to see she is not always napping!

A pretty tea cup that belonged to my mother!
I bought these at the Empress Hotel in Victoria!

Last Friday when I did my pink Saturday post I mentioned what great weather we were having.  Well, I spoke too soon because it took a turn for the worse!  It was a beautiful 81 degrees on Friday and by Sunday we had thunder, lightning and hail storms! Very unusual for May in California.  My poor roses! :(  This is what it looked like on Sunday.  Mother Nature has not been very kind lately!

Have a great weekend everyone.  Make sure you visit Beverly at How Sweet The Sound to see all the other lovely posts.  Next week we will celebrating Pink Saturday's 3rd Birthday!  Please join us.

  9. Hi sweet girlfriend, it's good to once again visit you. I think I may have missed your post last week. We had a bit of a tragedy last Friday as our daughter's beloved dog passed away. It was a very hard time for all of us and so I wasn't on the computer much. I am sorry I missed you.
As for your hail, wow, you really did get hit. I hope everything will heal and begin some new growth. It's early so it should all come back. I am sorry that you lost so many lovely roses.
As for your treasures, they are so pretty. I have no doubt your beautiful frames will sell. You do wonderful work and are so creative. I love seeing your pretties. I also recognize some lovely things made by some very talented women.
Happy Pink Saturday Denise and have a great weekend, Char

  12. Happy Pink Saturday Denise Sweetie...
What a gorgeous share. I love your Etsy creations and so exquisite they are. I will be popping over there soon. You talents amaze me.

Miss Sophie is so beautiful. Love her little bows and please tell her we love seeing her napping as well. A girl has to have her beauty rest right?

Oh we didn't get any of that hail storm here in Phoenix, but we did get a little cooler temps this past week. In fact they had snow in Flagstaff. Sorry to see the damage to the roses, but at least the plants look like they took it all pretty good.

Have a glorious weekend sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

  18. Hello Denise,
You have so many beauties, but your adorable Sophie is the biggest one of them all. So cute with those pink bows.
I heard about hail in Sacramento areas. I hope your poor roses will recover soon.

  19. Hi Denise,
Oh, what a shame about your roses! I know how you feel because I have lost most of my tulips over the weekend due to some nasty crows!
Love your tea cups and the pink Depression glass lamp! Lovely post. Hope you have a lovely week.

    Blessings,
    Sandi
