I Am Off To Atlantic City!

Good morning everyone!  I am busy today packing for a very fun trip my hubby and I are taking tomorrow.  As you saw from the title we are going to Atlantic City.  I have never seen the Atlantic Ocean other than from the air when I went to New York.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed we get on our flight since we fly standby (that part I hate).   I'm also hoping the weather there will be kind to this California girl who is not used to summer thunderstorms and high humidity!
Flying United on a 757

We have an ocean view room at the Trump Plaza.

Going to see Barry Manilow of course! He's performing with the New York Pops Orchestra. Part of the proceeds will be going to support the music programs at local schools.   Enjoy the rest of your week.

  1. Denise,
HAve a great time!! We used to go to A.C. all the time! Hubby had comps which earned us free rooms, meals and shows at Ceasar's. Loved going down there but be prepared for the Northeast's heat and humidity!! We had to stop going when hubby started to work for the Post Office. He could not refuse overtime for 6 years and worked 6 days a week for those first 6 years so all of our vacations to A.C. stopped. NOw we go right down the street to Mohegan Sun casino!!
