Pink Saturday~The Griswold/Amos Family Christmas

Our theme this week for Pink Saturday is our favorite holiday movie.  Growing up in a house full of laughter my choice would have to be Christmas Vacation! Although there are a few that come to mind but no matter how many times I see that movie I die laughing!  Although our Christmas's were fun and full of laughter they didn't quite compare to the craziness of the Griswold's!  I know my mother never put cat food in our jello...we had a dog! lol And our turkey never blew up from being too dry! We didn't have a cousin Eddie either thank goodness!  I do remember when I was a kid helping my father on a very cold and damp Christmas Eve remove all our lights outside.  The kids in the neighborhood kept taking them and throwing them in the street and my father got so tired of it we took them down on Christmas Eve! I kept complaining how cold I was and finally told him my feet were like icebergs...he died laughing but didn't send me in the house! lol  I know I wasn't laughing that night but it is pretty funny now.

Now I would like to share with you the Amos Family Christmas!

I have to thank my husband Mike for giving up 4 days of his vacation to create all this Christmas loveliness for me! He said he was going back to work to rest! lol  Also thanks to Beverly at How Sweet The Sound for hosting our fun Pink Saturday.
