In 1998 long before I had a digital camera my husband and I went on our very first cruise. We decided before boarding the ship in Vancouver, Canada to begin our cruise of Alaska we would spend a few days in Victoria. I fell in love with Victoria! We had tea at the Empress Hotel, visited Butchart Gardens and went on a wonderful tour of the city on a horse and carriage. I thought it would make a lovely mosaic for Monday so last night I scanned all my favorites. I think they came out pretty good! If you click on the mosaic you will enjoy a much larger picture!
Thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you enjoyed my visit to Victoria!
These are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI want to go there.
Stunning mosaic of the city. I have not been in year and your mosaic tells to come visit again. Have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my blog, your comment, and following. I enjoyed visiting your beautiful blog. It's always interesting to see how people "set up" their blogs, it's almost like visiting a room in their house! I enjoyed your Victoria pictures and beautiful mosaic. We went there for our 25th wedding anniversary and it's nice to "visit" there again through your eyes!
ReplyDeleteHi, Oh my goodness...great mosaics! Thank you so much for sharing these! I hope that you have a lovely new week!

ReplyDeleteIt's such a beautiful place! Your mosaics are gorgeous to show how pretty Victoria is.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mosaic! Even though I went to Butchart Gardens many years ago when I was 12, I still remember how beautiful it was. Thanks for the lovely comment about my daughter's graduation invitation post!
ReplyDeleteI live just outside of Vancouver and have been over there many times. It is so pretty there even at Christmas time when it is decorated and lit up from one end to the other.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. British Columbia was on my "to visit" list already; now, I have someplace other than Vancouver in the sub-list of places to visit.
ReplyDeleteYour mosaics of Victoria are beautiful. I've always wanted to have afternoon tea at the Empress and visit Buchart Gardens.
